We work with property managers on shared roads, resident parking, walkways, and building entrances. Our service is for managed properties, not individual residential driveways.

Map the shared areas
A shared community needs clear priorities for resident access, parking, and pedestrian routes. Review internal roads, parking lots, building entrances, sidewalks, stairs, and snow-storage locations with management. Identify areas requiring hand clearing or special access.
Coordinate parked vehicles
Agree on resident communication and how spaces blocked by vehicles will be handled. Include any return visits and additional charges in the written scope.
Give management a clear plan
Confirm service triggers, treatment areas, storm contacts, and visit documentation before the season. Discuss seasonal or per-event arrangements based on the property. Your agreement should identify service boundaries and the process for communicating changing conditions.
