NYC & Westchester | Commercial snow and ice services
Guest arrivals, entrances and service access.
Winter access should be planned around your guests. JC Snow Removal reviews hotel entrances, guest parking, sidewalks, staff access, and loading areas across NYC’s five boroughs and Westchester County.
Property-specific scope and pricing. Route availability confirmed before service is scheduled.
Start with the guest arrival route
Hotels need a winter plan that accounts for arrivals, departures, deliveries, and staff access. We can review your property and prepare a proposal around the areas and hours that matter to your operation.
Identify the driveway, drop-off area, lobby entrance, steps, ramps, and paths from parking. Discuss snow placement so clearing work does not obstruct visibility or pedestrian routes.
Include service access
Review loading areas, employee entrances, and vehicle circulation. Agree on access restrictions and how your team will communicate changing site conditions.
Set expectations before a storm
Confirm service triggers, plowing and hand-clearing areas, ice-treatment scope, return visits, and property contacts in writing. Seasonal and per-event options can be discussed as part of the proposal. Visits are documented with timestamped logs and photos.

2026–27 salt-service offer
Sign your snow-removal agreement at no cost and receive 50% off salt service for the last snowstorm of the 2026–27 season.
The discount applies to salt service for that storm, not all snow-removal work. Services are priced in your property-specific proposal. Ask us to confirm the final-storm definition and offer terms for your property before signing.
Request a hotel snow quote
Send your contact details and property address. We will review availability and discuss a site walk.
