NYC & Westchester | Commercial snow and ice services
Loading docks, truck routes and shift changes.
Plan winter access around workday arrivals, loading schedules, and pedestrian routes. JC Snow Removal reviews office, warehouse, and industrial properties across NYC’s five boroughs and Westchester County for site-specific snow and ice management proposals.
Property-specific scope and pricing. Route availability confirmed before service is scheduled.
Prepare office and employee access
Identify tenant entrances, accessible routes, employee parking, stairs, ramps, and walkways. Share opening hours, shift changes, and areas that need priority attention so your plan reflects how people use the site.
Review truck and loading routes
Loading activity and truck movements affect winter service. Review truck entrances, turning areas, loading docks, pedestrian crossings, and restricted areas during the site walk. Discuss parked trailers, delivery schedules, access permissions, and site contacts.
Agree on the service scope
Your written proposal should specify plowing, hand clearing, ice treatment, service triggers, and snow storage. Confirm whether additional visits or off-site snow hauling are included or quoted separately. Seasonal, per-storm/per-push, and time-and-materials options help match pricing to your requirements.
Visits are documented with timestamped logs and photos. General liability and workers’ compensation certificates are available on request.

2026–27 salt-service offer
Sign your snow-removal agreement at no cost and receive 50% off salt service for the last snowstorm of the 2026–27 season.
The discount applies to salt service for that storm, not all snow-removal work. Services are priced in your property-specific proposal. Ask us to confirm the final-storm definition and offer terms for your property before signing.
Request a warehouse and industrial snow quote
Send your contact details and property address. We will review availability and discuss a site walk.
