During a site walk, we review stairs, ramps, entrances, loading areas, and places where snow piles could limit visibility or pedestrian access. Identify high-priority areas and operating hours before the season so they are recorded in your agreement.

Clear scope, pricing, and communication
Your proposal establishes service trigger depths, priorities, covered areas, and pricing. Seasonal fixed-price, per-storm/per-push, and time-and-materials options are available. We document visits with timestamped logs and photos. General liability and workers’ compensation certificates are available on request.
