Commercial Snow Removal Manhattan

JC Snow Removal helps Manhattan property managers plan snow and ice service around building access, pedestrian routes, and operating hours. We serve commercial properties only, with a written scope and documented visits.

Plan for tight storage and busy entrances

A Manhattan site may have limited space to stack snow, frequent deliveries, and entrances that need attention throughout the day. During your site review, we identify the areas you manage, access restrictions, loading activity, and where snow can be placed or removed.

  • Sidewalks, entrances, stairs, and ramps included in your agreement
  • De-icing and salting based on your service plan
  • Plowing where vehicle access and site conditions allow
  • Snow hauling when on-site storage is limited

A written plan before the storm

Your proposal sets the service trigger, priorities, communication process, and pricing. Sidewalk crews are dispatched with NYC’s snow-clearing deadlines in mind. Exact timing depends on conditions and the agreed scope; ask us to review your building’s needs during a free site walk.

Seasonal, per-storm/per-push, and time-and-materials options are available. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, with certificates available on request, and document visits with timestamped logs and photos.

Request a Manhattan site review

Share your address, property type, operating hours, and approximate sidewalk or lot area. We will confirm route availability and recommend a plan for your site.

Building entrances and limited snow-storage space

Discuss snow plowing, sidewalk clearing, salt treatment and hauling where needed. Your written proposal identifies the covered work and pricing.

A planning example

How service works

From site walk to service report.

  1. 01

    Site walk

We review route availability, operating hours, entrances, vehicle routes, pedestrian areas and snow-storage options.

  2. 02

    Written proposal

Review the covered areas, requested services, pricing, trigger depths and exclusions for each property.

  3. 03

    Service agreement

Confirm the scope, service period, priorities and communication contacts before work is scheduled. A quote request does not book service.

  4. 04

    Storm service

Crews follow the agreed property plan. Service timing depends on the agreement and storm conditions; extra work is reviewed separately.

  5. 05

    Service reporting

Review visit records and photos through the reporting process agreed for your property. Raise any missed areas or return-visit needs with your contact.
