Request a site assessment
Commercial properties only. We'll walk your site and put the plan in writing before the first storm.
- Plowing starts at 2 inches
- 30-minute response once snow reaches 2 inches
- Salting starts before 2 inches
Commercial properties only. No residential driveways or roofs.
How a seasonal contract works
- Site walk. We walk your property and mark priority areas: entrances, sidewalks, fire lanes, ADA ramps, loading docks and parking areas.
- Written plan. Covered areas, services, triggers and exclusions go in writing: plowing at 2 inches and salting before 2 inches.
- One agreement for the season. One contract covers the whole winter, so your property is on a route before the first storm.
- Storm dispatch. Dispatch runs 24/7. Crews respond within 30 minutes once snow reaches 2 inches.
Seasonal contract vs per-storm billing
Seasonal contract. One agreement covers one winter season. You know the scope and the plan before snow falls, and you don't have to arrange service storm by storm.
Per-storm (per-push) billing. You're billed for each plowing visit we make under your agreement. Your written proposal sets out what each visit covers.
Which costs less depends on the winter and the site. A seasonal contract keeps the budget the same however many storms hit. Per-storm billing costs less in a light winter and more in a heavy one. We go through both options after a site assessment. Pricing is set in your property-specific proposal.

NYC sidewalk snow rules
The NYC Department of Sanitation says building owners and occupants must clear a path at least four feet wide on the sidewalk in front of their building, and clear snow and ice around fire hydrants and from sidewalk ramps and curb cuts in front of or next to their buildings. Snow can't be shoveled, blown or pushed into the street. If snow stops falling between 7:00 AM and 4:59 PM, sidewalks must be cleared within 4 hours. Between 5:00 PM and 8:59 PM, the deadline is 14 hours. Between 9:00 PM and 6:59 AM, sidewalks must be cleared by 11:00 AM. If ice is frozen too hard to remove, salt or sand can be spread for traction.
